FirstCash is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in our El Paso area stores. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan inquiries, and process transactions while following procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

Responsibilities
