FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Anchorage, AK.

You’ll greet customers, assist with sales and loan inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming store environment while earning commissions on top of hourly pay. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $14.50–$17.50 with unlimited commission, flexible hours aligning with store schedules (typical 9AM–6PM), and benefits including earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a path to growth within a retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers, handle transactions and explain loan terms.
• Compliance with store policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
