Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly Team Member at Cowboys Golf Club in Grapevine, TX. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise, keep the pro shop organized, and work to create a welcoming experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcome environment and answering questions based on available merchandise.
• Maintain neat and organized pro shop and assist with inventory and stocking as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to learn new tasks in a dynamic golf club setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform department opening and closing procedures
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
• Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcome environment, answering questions and offering suggestions based on available merchandise
• Assist with merchandise management including: shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory
