Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a part-time Team Member for our Lubbock, TX pro shop. You will support daily operations, assist guests, and help manage merchandise to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, excellent customer service, and a detail-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.

On The Job

• Perform department opening and closing procedures
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
• Provide excellent guest service by fostering a welcome environment, answering questions and offering suggestions based on available merchandise
• Assist with merchandise management including: shipping, receiving, pricing, stocking, and conducting inventory
