FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in Roxboro, NC. You’ll greet customers, assist with sales and loan services, and help maintain a clean, organized store floor while delivering a friendly, customer‑focused experience.

The role offers $13.00–$16.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, plus earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a benefits package. Most stores operate 9 AM–6 PM, with Sundays often closed, which supports work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of firearms in FFL locations, with certification provided.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries

• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions

• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Complete required training and follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information
