Fast Cash Pawn in Colorado is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, explain pawn and short-term loan terms, process sales and loan activity, and maintain a clean store. You will help customers with financing, merchandise, and inquiries, while following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

We're offering $18.00–$21.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, earned wage access after day 2, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
