$12.00 to $15.00 per hour

Position Summary

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, managing merchandise, and engaging with customers to provide financial solutions. The role offers hourly wages plus commissions based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to develop rapport and recommend solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales, loans, and cash in accordance with policies.
• Communicate legal aspects of transactions effectively.
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete training and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification if applicable.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.

Commission Plan

Pawnbrokers can earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit, with details provided during the interview process.
