FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a friendly and driven Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Louisville, KY. You’ll greet customers, help with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and work toward targets with commission on top of hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

$14.00 – $15.00 per hour + Unlimited Commission

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
