Position at First Cash Pawn

We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team!

Compensation: $15.50 to $18.50 per hour

We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!

Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.27 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

Position Summary

We seek entry-level, full-time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Actual pay depends on factors like location, experience, and performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging customers to provide financial solutions.
• Performing open/close procedures.
• Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handling sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Managing cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answering calls and communicating legal aspects of transactions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Completing training and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling (preferred).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system experience.

Commission Plan
