$15.50 to $18.50 per hour

Position Summary

We seek entry-level, full-time sales associates nationwide. Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations). The role offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity, with potential to earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.53/hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Create a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform tasks for extended periods, including standing and walking.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service, multitasking, and basic math skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred; computer literacy required.
