Job summary

Kelley’s Market is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Walworth, WI. You’ll help customers, run the register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment, including the Kelley’s Café area. Flexible hours with opportunities for advancement are available in a busy, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide friendly, dependable customer service in a busy retail environment.
• Communicate clearly and work effectively with team members and store leadership.
• Use basic math skills to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods, frequently lift up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in coolers, freezers, and outdoor conditions.
• Obtain an alcohol sales operator license where required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Kelley’s Café food and beverage areas and follow food safety procedures.
• Complete shift paperwork and assist with cash and safe reconciliation.
• Follow safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.
• Communicate customer concerns and issues to store leadership.
• Work with the team to keep daily store operations running smoothly.

What We Offer

Pay

• $15–$18 per hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, and certifications.
• An additional $3 per hour for weekend hours. Differential hours vary by location.
