Bob's Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a high-energy environment. This role supports omni-channel sales and rewards performance with an hourly base plus commission.

You'll engage customers, learn product details, work with a team, and adapt to a fast-paced retail schedule. English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, and prior retail experience is welcome.
