Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store is looking for a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, operate the register, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment for customers and donors.

Role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities to build retail and customer service skills in a team-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly customer service.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift or move merchandise.
• High school diploma or currently pursuing.

Responsibilities
