Iowa 80 Truckstop in Iowa is seeking a full-time Retail Associate to greet customers, stock shelves, process transactions, and keep the store clean and welcoming. The shift is 11am–7pm, weekends required, with overtime available and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage with our customers in the service areas and on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience.
• Support in the maintenance of a neat and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience inclusive of folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising.
• Unload pallets, receive, open, and unpack merchandise and label merchandise with security tags within efficient timeline goals.
• Actively process, stock, and replenish items on sales floor and stock room.
• Assist customers on the register, report and handle all required transactions.
• Follow all procedures and routines regarding safety, security, and administrative processes in all areas of the store.
• Help to improve store sales.
• Provide information about products and answer questions.
