FriendShip is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Wakeman, OH. Hourly pay starts at $14.00 with base increases every 90 days during the first two years. Weekly pay, flexible hours, opportunities for promotions and bonuses are offered.

You will help customers, stock shelves, and collaborate with the team to create engaging shopping experiences. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments, and the ability to work varied shifts

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and reading proficiency with strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in retail, convenience, customer-facing roles, or quick-service restaurants
• Familiarity with food preparation or food-safety procedures (for Kitchen stores)

Physical Demands and Environmental Condition:

Frequent

• Walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, squatting
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
