Job summary

FriendShip is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to create great customer experiences in a fast-paced store. You'll greet guests, help stock shelves, assist in food prep where required, and work with a friendly team to ensure clean, inviting aisles.

This hands-on role offers hourly pay starting at $15.00, weekly pay, flexible hours, promotions, bonuses, and benefits, with base pay increases every 90 days during the first two years.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and reading proficiency with strong attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience in retail, convenience, customer-facing roles, or quick-service restaurants
• Familiarity with food preparation or food-safety procedures (for Kitchen stores)
