A High-Earning Opportunity for Outgoing Individuals

If you’re ambitious, energetic, and looking to break into sales, this role offers a strong career path and significant income potential. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll work inside major retail stores, engaging with customers and introducing them to high-quality water purification systems. Your goal is to generate leads and set up consultations, with the opportunity to transition into closing deals yourself.

This role is structured for growth. You'll start by shadowing experienced sales professionals, learning how to approach and engage customers effectively. Over time, as you develop confidence and expertise, you’ll move from generating leads to closing sales, increasing your earnings significantly.

• $20 per hour while working in lead generation.
• $300 commission per sale when your leads result in closed deals (handled by senior closers).
• $1,200–$1,600 per sale once you start closing your own deals (replacing hourly pay).
• Flexible schedule with high earning potential for consistent performers.
