Salary

Starting Rate: $18.50

Hourly pay range: $18.50 - $19.63

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals, developing retail‑sales skills and learning product offerings.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on feet most shift.
• Handle cashier duties, accurately processing payments and ensuring a great final impression.
• Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
