About The Role

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers room to grow and flexibility.

Compensation Rate

Starting Rate: $15.50. Range: $15.50–$16.44.

What You Will Do

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure each customer walks away with the right choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments, and provide a positive final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories & share product details to enhance the customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
