The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving profitable sales by providing proactive, consultative sales assistance. This includes supporting customers, achieving department standards and goals, and maintaining a clean, in-stock, well-merchandised sales floor for effective sales activities. Candidates must have availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts for full-time roles. Part-time positions offer flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions using approved selling practices.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards.
• Understanding website navigation and leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience, especially when products are unavailable in-store.
• Staying informed about merchandise features, benefits, availability, and related services such as delivery and installation.
• Processing transactions accurately through the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Completing required training within the designated timeframe and engaging in ongoing learning.
• Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service, including locating merchandise and assisting with inquiries.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
