Ashley HomeStore is hiring energetic and friendly professionals to serve as Retail Sales Associates. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling furniture, mattresses, and home décor through outstanding customer service in a fast-paced furniture retail environment. Sales experience is a plus, but no prior sales experience is necessary to apply!

Compensation

• Paid on written sales
• Commission-based hourly wages ranging from $22,880 to over $150,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a furniture retail sales environment
• Determining customer needs and advising on purchases

Qualifications
