Job Details

Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs positively.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to become an expert.
• Promote the brand through marketing efforts inside and outside the store.
• Assist with store functions in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store environment.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Travel within a 15-mile radius for shift coverage.
• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Complete paperwork and transactions accurately.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Ensure a comfortable experience for customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Work shifts from 4 to 12 hours standing on the sales floor.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional, energetic, positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule.

Salary
