What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate retail sales through passion for technology and customer service.
• Identify customer needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Recommend products and solutions to provide comprehensive sales options.
• Close sales using excellent communication skills and simple tech solutions.
• Engage in ongoing training to develop operational skills, including merchandising and inventory management.
• Expand your customer base through outbound calls and messages to existing Verizon customers.
• Participate in community events to build customer loyalty.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential earnings including up to $16,000 in commissions annually, and top performers earning $65,000+ yearly. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) matching, stock grants, travel incentives, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and employee discounts. Compensation varies based on location, hours, and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience or military background.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided four weeks in advance.
• Openness to additional shifts during peak seasons.

Preferred but not required: experience in sales, customer service, or commission-based environments.
