Your Mission:

• Provide high standards of customer experience in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer service
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and order, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise
• Follow all policies, procedures, and operational competencies
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant environment
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required

Your Talent:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service-focused retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Quick learner with basic computer skills, including MS Office
• Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly
