Ashley HomeStore is seeking energetic and friendly professionals to join us as Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will sell furniture, mattresses, and home décor by providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior sales experience is necessary to apply; sales experience is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits

• Paid on written sales with commission-based hourly wages, ranging from $22,880 to over $150,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a retail sales environment by understanding their needs and advising on purchases
• Support customers directly or by collaborating with team members

• Follow up with customers post-sale and work with the team to achieve sales goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills
