Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join a high performing team. You will be empowered to help customers, process sales, and promote company programs while delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

This role offers a $20.00 per hour rate, eligibility for medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, PTO up to 152 hours per year, and paid sick time. Schedules run 6am–10pm and opportunities for promotion to full‑time.

A Retail Sales Associate (part‑time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do.

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short‑term disability. Eligible Associates can enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am – 10pm.
