Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join a high-performing team. You will be empowered to deliver a great customer experience, handle sales transactions, and promote company programs while maintaining a safe, clean store.

Flexible scheduling supports 6am–10pm hours and opportunities for promotion to full-time. This role offers competitive hourly pay of $19.00, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, basic life, short-term disability, 401(k), and paid time

A Retail Sales Associate (part-time) is a valued member of a high performing team who is empowered & equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do!

The anticipated rate for this position is $19.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
