Kelley’s Market in Roscoe, IL is hiring Retail Sales Associates to help customers and keep our convenience store running smoothly. You’ll provide friendly service, process transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean store. Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $18 with a $3 overnight differential between 10 p.m.

From someone’s first coffee of the morning to their last stop on the way home, you’ll be part of the team that makes everyday stops a better experience.

What You’ll Do

Help Our Customers

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the cash register and point‑of‑sale system, process purchases and refunds, and handle cash accurately.
• Answer questions about products, prices, and promotions.

Keep the Store Ready

• Stock and organize shelves, coolers, freezers, and merchandise displays.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas clean, including fuel pumps and the car wash where applicable.
• Maintain clean, stocked Kelley’s Café food and beverage areas and follow food safety procedures.

Support Your Team

• Complete shift paperwork and assist with cash and safe reconciliation.
• Follow safety, security, and cash‑handling procedures.
• Communicate customer concerns, equipment problems, and other issues to store leadership.
• Work with your team to keep daily store operations running smoothly.
