EZCORP, Inc. in Rio Grande City, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a fast-paced store.

You will help customers with pawn items, process loans and extensions, and participate in a structured training path from Trainee to Pawnbroker, with promotional opportunities to Lead Pawnbroker and management roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test after offer.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.

This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.
