2020 Companies, Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent NRG at Walmart store #1497 in Richton Park, IL. This full-time position focuses on engaging customers, promoting energy solutions, and meeting sales goals while delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will receive paid training, a first sale bonus, and an uncapped commission structure. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
