Job Location: Renton Landing, WA. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $46,000 – $71,000 base + commission per year.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, your day-to-day will include engaging with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. The role also offers opportunities for advancement and financial rewards.

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Train and develop your skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, opening possibilities for management roles

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US, and a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands
