Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, your day‑to‑day will include engaging with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. You will work in an energetic environment with customers and colleagues that appreciate your dedication and commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the U.S. and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Physical Demands

This position requires most of the time standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods of time, and occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds. Employees may be required to reach with hands and arms, climb and balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform fine handling of display materials and merchandise. Dexterity and the ability to work with small parts in mobile phones and look at a computer screen for prolonged periods are required.
