Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Delaware. You will help customers, handle transactions, and promote company programs while keeping the store safe, clean, and organized. The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities to develop skills within a growing retailer.

Job description

The anticipated rate for this position is $16.75 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.

Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates can accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am - 10pm.
