EZCORP is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members in Pueblo, Colorado. This is a career, not a job, with paid training and a clear path to Pawnbroker and leadership roles.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, plus potential bonuses and strong benefits. As a team member you will greet customers, process sales and pawn loans, and perform opening/closing duties in a fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.

What You Can Expect

As a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) : This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.
