YOUR MISSION
- Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
- Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
- Successfully complete all required training programs, both Domestic and Global, to drive results within the store.
- Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
- Ensure Loss Prevention and Operational compliance within the store.
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
- Participate in new store openings and/or closings; travel may be required.
- Accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk, operate the POS system properly, handle tender forms with accuracy and respect, and apply discounts when applicable.
- Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
- Maintain all Visual guidelines and ensure the visual presentation of the Store meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
- Keep the Store's physical condition according to relevant guidelines and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment; report any issues to management.
- Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.
YOUR TALENT
- One to two years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear, with a results-driven track record.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals, preferably with experience in a commission-based role; demonstrated high levels of customer service and effective communication skills.
- Ability to walk and move about frequently; involves standing, reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 30 pounds, including working at heights with ladders or step stools.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of sales and stock areas; operate foot controls and work at heights as needed.
- Use of senses such as speaking, hearing, visual acuity, and depth perception is critical.
- Require cognitive skills like reading comprehension, basic math, writing, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
