Job Summary:

As a Retail Associate, you will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will support operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
2. Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and give correct change.
4. Promote credit and loyalty programs.
5. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale.
6. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards.
7. Contribute to a safe environment and support shrink reduction initiatives.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
