Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Pawnbroker to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help manage store duties while pursuing a clear career path through paid training and ongoing certification programs.

Starting as a Trainee in a 5-week program, you can earn raises and promotions to Pawnbroker, Lead Pawnbroker, or Assistant Manager through our structured career paths, with benefits including health

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
