Job Summary

EZCORP looks for a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member (Pawnbroker) to provide excellent customer service and sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Pay range is based on experience from $14.50 to $16.50 per hour. Competitive wages, monthly uncapped bonus potential, and additional earnings opportunities are available.

Career Path

Start as a trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, earning a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Additional growth includes Pawnbroker Certification Program (+$1 per hour), Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader), Assistant Manager (6‑month training), and beyond.
