As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers. When guests enter the store, you’re the person who guides them. What You’ll Do

• Deliver world-class service and delight our guests.
• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. Maintain a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk; engage with guests, ensuring they are treated respectfully, representing the Company's brand.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing, maintaining thorough sales documentation.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completing daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including participating in bi-annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, aligning with KPIs and performance standards.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

What You Bring

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to.
• Inspire action through effective communication.
• Excited to develop and share new ideas.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Motivating communication style.
• Valuing exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Reliable attendance.

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr during 60-day training, then $16.50/hr post-training. Incentives range from 2% to 15% based on sales. Profit sharing is available for eligible employees.

Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, FSA, 401(k), Paid Holidays, 80 hours paid vacation, and 40 hours paid sick leave. Benefits vary by position and location.
