EZPAWN Florida, Inc. in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) to welcome customers, process transactions, and assist with pawn items.

You will start in a paid 5-week training program with a clear path to Pawnbroker and Lead Pawnbroker, plus benefits and career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and reliability are essential to thrive in this role and help the store deliver excellent service daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Criminal background check and drug test after conditional offer.

Here’s what you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker): This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.

Requirements
