EZCORP in Orlando is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members to lead the way today and grow into greater roles tomorrow. You will earn $17 per hour, with potential for bonuses, certification, and advancement to Lead Pawnbroker or Assistant Manager through our internal Career Path.

Our Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) position offers competitive pay based on experience with an opportunity to quickly increase your pay and position! Continue to grow your skills by entering our Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour Excel and explore opportunities to promote to the Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) position. Follow the Career Path and apply for an Assistant Manager position which includes a 6-month training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
