We are hiring immediately for Retail Sales Associates. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in making purchases of furniture, mattresses, and home décor. No prior sales experience is required, but a friendly attitude and good communication skills are essential.

Compensation

• Paid on written sales
• Commission-based hourly wages ranging from $22,880 to over $150,000 annually
