Louis Martin Jewelers is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our flagship Rockefeller Center location. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury retail, with a strong passion for fine jewelry and timepieces. We are a family-owned business with over 45 years of history, specializing in estate jewelry, high-end watches, custom designs, and personalized client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, client-focused service to a discerning clientele
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups
• Educate clients on jewelry, gemstones, and timepieces
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and in-store presentation
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and store sales goals
• Contribute to the store’s success through a strong understanding of product knowledge, current trends, and customer preferences
• Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry or watches
• GIA certification, gemologist credentials, or watch expertise is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of diamonds, colored stones, and/or luxury watch brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Availability for weekends and peak retail periods
