Retail Stylist

EMPLOYMENT CATEGORY: Part-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

REPORTS TO: Store Manager

GENERAL SCOPE:

Highly competent, detail-oriented, and strategic professional who understands and embraces the company’s mission and will provide excellence in responsiveness and understanding.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed expected sales goals and expectations
• Be customer-centric and understand the importance of creating an exceptional customer experience that leaves a lasting impression
• Identify customer needs and provide styling options and tips
• Possess a strong ambition and passion for achieving goals, both as an individual and as a member of the store team
• Abide by all store policies and procedures
• Embody and represent the VICI brand
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness at all times
• Ensure proper sales floor product representation of visual standards and replenishment
• Maintain a sense of urgency at all times
• Follow “VICI five-star service expectations”
• Provide excellent customer service skills
• This role will be constantly busy; find ways to add value
• Work well under minimal supervision
• Be a go-getter with a positive, can-do attitude

5-star Service Expectations:

• Greet all customers with “Welcome to VICI”
• Ask if they are shopping for anything special, offer suggestions, and pull ideas from the racks
• Exchange names, start a room, and attend to customers
• Build and finish sales graciously, thanking customers and inviting them to return

Requirements & Attributes:

• Experience as a retail stylist or similar role in the fashion industry required
• Drive, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial outlook
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures
• Team player with effective communication skills

• Ability to work retail hours
