As aRetail Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, sparking their interest in cleaner, healthier water. Working inside abig-box retail environment, you’llapproach shoppers, start conversations, and introduce them to the benefits of our premium water purification systems. You’ll begin by shadowing experienced sales professionals, gradually learning the ropes anddeveloping your own closing skills. Through hands-on experience andcomprehensive training, you’ll gain the confidence needed to transition from generating leads to closing your own sales.
Your main responsibility will be to engage with customers,educating them on the advantages of our water filtration systemsand identifying their specific needs. By establishing trust and providing valuable insights, you’llset up appointmentswith potential customers, handing them off to closers initially. As you progress in your role, you willtake full ownership of the sales process, from the initial conversation to closing deals. On average, you can expect to generate3-10 leads per day, with12-18 leads per week when working three daysin-store.
This role offerscompetitive pay with strong commission potential. While generating leads, you’ll earn$20 per hour. For every sale closed by another team member, you will receive a$300 commission per sale. As you gain experience and begin closing deals independently, your commissions will increase significantly, ranging from$1,200 to $1,600 per sale, replacing your hourly pay. With consistent performance, this position offersexceptional earning potential, giving you the ability to makesignificant income while enjoying a flexible schedule.

You should have astrong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the availability to workweekend and some weekday shiftsas needed.
