EZCORP’s EZPAWN in Memphis, Tennessee is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Pawnbroker. Earn $15.00–$16.00 per hour based on experience, with a 5-week paid training program that includes a .50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker after completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus.

Here's what you can expect as a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) : This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our customer service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
