Visionworks is seeking a Retail Eyewear Specialist/Retail Sales Associate in Louisville, KY to provide a friendly, human, and bold customer journey for every patient and shopper. You will help customers select eyewear, explain products, and support a seamless Visionworks experience in-store.

The role emphasizes optics knowledge, product/service understanding, and high engagement with customers to meet daily sales goals and ensure Right the First Time eyewear fitting.

Competenze

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

The Role

A Visionworks Retail Eyewear Specialist/Retail Sales Associate is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way.

For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment.

Compensation range for the roles is listed above. Applicable salary rangers may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions.
