EZPAWN in Las Vegas is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker). Start as a Trainee in our 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise with promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion of the program.

Continue to grow through the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn more per hour. Opportunities to advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and Assistant Manager are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Open and close the store; handle pawn items confidently.
• Provide friendly service and maintain store appearance.
