Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an experienced full-time Retail Sales Associate in Langhorne, PA. You will help members with purchases, travel planning, and related services, while upholding AAA standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers a base hourly rate of $17.18–$21.97, eligible incentive pay of $162–$389 monthly, a 37.5-hour work week, and robust benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k match, holidays, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Required sales and customer service experience with ability to drive results.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for engaging customers.
• Proficiency with multiple websites and programs for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products (memberships, credit cards, insurance referrals).
• Assist members in planning domestic travel, including car rentals, hotels, packages, maps, tour books, triptiks.
• Answer overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak volumes.
• Provide backup support in cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services when applicable.

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an experienced full-time Retail Sales Associate! Check out what AAA can offer you:

• The starting base compensation for this position is $17.18 to $21.97 hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• This position is eligible to earn incentive pay , with an average payoutof $162.00 - $389.00 per month.
• Store hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 5PM; 37.5 Hour Work Week
• No Sundays!
• Full-Time Retail Associates can accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during your first year.

What our Retail Sales Associates do:

• Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

What you will need:

• Required previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
• Showcase effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
• Navigate multiple websites and programs with ease, demonstrating proficiency in computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
