Aviator Nation in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to welcome customers, deliver exceptional service, and drive in-store sales.

You will use product knowledge to propose tailored solutions, operate the POS, and keep the floor organized and stocked. This role offers flexible hours, benefits, and opportunities to participate in omni-channel sales and events.

Responsibilities

• Support and achieve sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting in-store offers.
• Guide customers to merchandise and help increase in-store sales.
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Handle inventory tasks, including restocking, shipments, and inventory counts.
• Contribute to omni-channel sales and fulfillment processes.
• Assist with store social media efforts, including taking photos.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and stand for long durations of time
• Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 30 pounds
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color peripheral, and depth perception
• Noise level in the work environment is moderate

Salary Range – California

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Aviator Nation includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.

A reasonable estimate of pay range is $18-21/hr.

Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits program as well as an incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
